Your IP never trains our public models.

1. Code & Model Privacy

This is the most important part of our policy:

Zero Training Policy

We do not use your proprietary codebase, database schemas, or business logic to train our foundational AI models. Your engineering pod runs in an isolated context.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information: Name, email, and billing details processed via Stripe.
  • Infrastructure Credentials: We securely store encrypted keys (AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean) required to deploy your infrastructure. These are stored in HashiCorp Vault or similar enterprise-grade secret managers.
  • Code Repository Access: We require read/write access to specific GitHub/GitLab repositories to function as your engineering team.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to fulfill our contractual obligation: designing, building, testing, and deploying your backend infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or IP to third parties.

4. Infrastructure Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption at RestYour database volumes are encrypted using AES-256.
  • Encryption in TransitAll traffic is secured via TLS 1.3.
  • Audit LoggingWe maintain logs of all developer access to your production environment.
  • Least PrivilegeOur agents and engineers only access resources necessary for active tickets.

5. Compliance

For Enterprise clients, we can operate within HIPAA or SOC2 compliant environments. Please contact your Account Manager for specific BAA (Business Associate Agreement) requests.
